Villains After Hours Disney Photopass Magic Shot with Oogie Boogie
Disney After Hours events are the way to play after the regular day. Villains After Hours debuted in 2019 and I’m happy to see the changes and additions in 2020. The tone of the event feels a little more fun, Villain party and a little less intense and edgy. I love that. The new Villains’ Cursed Caravan features Disney Villains in ways we’ve never seen them roaming Magic Kingdom! Gaston on horseback? Ursula?! Definitely catch this miniature parade. Because there are so few people in the parks the Caravan felt personal and the villains has great interactions with viewers.
If you’re trying to decide on attending a Villains After Hours or regular After Hours event, there are a few things to consider. If you want to go, go, go and ride all the rides with no wait in one night, the After Hours events are for you. If you want to go on lots of rides with no waits and special entertainment and themed offerings, Villains After Hours is your go to. You’ll spend part of your three hour event enjoying the entertainment so you may not get to as many attractions.
Also, Villains After Hours has the same costume guidelines at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party if dressing up if your thing! Read the official costumes guidelines for all the rules.
The Villains After Hours 2020 prices are:
$145 plus tax for a ticket purchased in advance
$155 plus tax for a ticket purchased the day of the event
$115 plus tax for an Annual Passholder or Disney Vacation Club Member discounted ticket
This event is definitely kid-friendly but late night offerings say adult to me. It’s exciting to see Disney Parks catering to the grown up crowd. Villains After Hours events typically takes place on Friday nights from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. but guests can get into the park at 7:00 p.m. For a full list of dates and times and ticket info visit the official Disney site for Villains After Hours.
