What does a Disney wedding content creator do? How does this work?
I am a content creator specializing in Disney World weddings. The process:

- I’ll confirm if I have your date(s) available within 24 hours
- If I’m available you can book your date by putting a 50% deposit down and signing your contract
- Before your wedding we’ll have a meeting to discuss what’s most important to you, highlight reel video edit themes you would like, any surprises I should be ready to capture and a basic look at your schedule of events
- When it’s go time, I’ll work with the rest of your media team making sure we’re all supported to do our best work for you
- Within 24 hours you’ll have a beautiful digital media gallery with iPhone quality photos and videos ready to download and cherish forever and share with friends and family or on social media

What kind of wedding highlight reels do you create?
I look over the content collected and gather ideas based on your wishes and your day. I typically aim for timeless themes like:

The Wedding Day Edit is a full wedding day recap video with highlights from all of my event coverage.
Can you provide same day video edits and reels?
Yes! If you want to be one of the first people to post about your wedding, we plan this in advance. We will make sure your Instagram settings are configured to be invited as a collaborator or I can airdrop or send a ready to post simple highlight reel video edit or upload it to your online gallery.
Does a wedding content creator replace a videographer?
Photography, videography and content creation at weddings are three different forms of artistry. One can’t replace the other and you want everyone you hire focused on their area of expertise.
A wedding content creator usually works to capture your special moments formatted for storytelling on social media and consumption on a mobile device. If you have preferences on content being landscape, portrait or a mix of both, I’m happy to accommodate.
Hiring a wedding content creator can be a far more affordable and flexible option, with much more coverage provided, when compared to hiring a videographer.
Will you do this for my vow renewal at Disney World?
Yes! I will happily capture your Disney World vow renewal.
What if it’s really dark? Will you use lighting?
I will probably have a small light for close coverage. However, I will rely on and work with the venue lighting and what your photographer has planned so as to not disrupt any of these.
What if it rains? What if it’s really hot?
The rain or heat won’t stop us! I’m prepared for different weather scenarios and will do my best to make magic and capture your day as it happens. While I’m hoping for beautiful weather for you, rainy wedding days can have amazing content too.
Are you going to share the content from my wedding?
Only if you give me permission to. I respect your decision if you do not want me to share content from your wedding events.
If you approve, only posting content with you and your partner is an option or just the details from your day with no people.
Ultimately I will only share to your comfort level. It’s ok if you do not want someone else posting about your special day.
I need an Orlando wedding content creator. Will you cover other weddings in the area?
I specialize in Orlando theme parks and am particularly familiar with Disney event spaces and Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings. That’s my focus right now but you’re welcome to inquire if you really want to book me and I can see if it’s possible!
Does it have to be a Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings event?
No, I will happily create content for you at Walt Disney World Resort anywhere it’s allowed. It does not need to be a Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings event specifically. Maybe you’re planning an event at one of the venues at the Swan and Dolphin. As long as the venue permits outside vendors, I’m up for it!
What if I’m getting married somewhere else but having a reception at Disney?
Let’s talk! Depending on where the ceremony is taking place, and the rules of your venue, I may be able to do that. If not, I may be able to tailor a package and just cover the reception for you if that’s what you want.
I need a Disney Cruise Line wedding content creator. Can you do that for me?
If I am available for your dates, and the cruise leaves out of Port Canaveral, I’m definitely open to it! You would cover the cost of the most affordable room available on that sailing for me.
I may also be available for Disney cruises leaving from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. If our schedules align, this destination is further from Orlando and requires a $100 travel fee in addition to the cost of the cruise.
Can you help with other vendor recommendations?
Yes! As your wedding content creator I would love to help you find the right photographer, videographer, travel advisor, musician, performer or other professional to complete your special day!

Can you create content for all parts of our Disney event?
I can tell the overall story of your day or days. There may be some parts where photography and videography are not permitted. I follow all safety guidelines and venue rules. I will consult with the provided media escort if necessary.
In my career as a blogger, Instagramer and Disney content creator I’ve attended many theme park fan events, private events and media events. When accessing certain venues, groups may be escorted backstage where photos and videos are not allowed.
Note that recording is also not permitted on rides so I am not able to capture content of you on an attraction even if that’s a scheduled part of your event.
I need a content creator for my event at Disney World. Can you do that?
