Ursula, Pirates & Once Upon a Time at Spooky Empire Mayhem

Don’t eat the apples, y’all, the Evil Queen is coming to town. And pirates and a sea witch, too. I’m thrilled to see actors from Disney shows and movies on the schedule of Orlando’s Spooky Empire Mayhem event. You can see Lana Parrilla (Evil Queen), Lee Arenberg (Grumpy), Rebecca Mader (Wicked Witch) and Sean Maguire (Robin Hood) at a Q & A session about the fairytale focused show. Lee Arenberg is also an honorary pirate and starred in three of the Pirates of the Caribbean films. He and fellow pirate, Marty Klebba, will talk in a Pirates of the Caribbean Q & A on Saturday at Mayhem. A weekend pass for this event is $50 online or $60 at the door. Fair price.

Last but not least, Pat Carroll will return to Spooky Empire to talk about her sea witch adventures as Ursula and more from her colorful acting resume. Last year she thrilled the audience with her reading of the Haunted Mansion spiel as Ursula. See it here:

Although she’s most notable for voicing the popular Disney character Ursula from The Little Mermaid, Pat Carroll has been an actress of stage and screen since the 1950’s. Starring in TV shows such as “The Red Buttons Show”, “Mary Tyler Moore”, “Laverne & Shirley”, and “Too Close for Comfort”. These days she is a voice over favorite on many animated favorites. Orange Ballroom.
