Liana Hee quickly became my favorite artist. I came across her Mermaid Lagoon piece on Instagram and lost it. The colors, the sparkles; I just had to have it. Not much art speaks to me that way. It was only available at Disneyland for a while but thanks to some special friends, I got the mermaid mug and a 5 by 7 post card framed. (Thanks Ash & Katelyn) Since then I’ve collected Liana’s Pocahontas and Mulan postcards and have them all around my desk. Her art is perfect inspiration for a little Disney dreamer like me. 
Liana Hee Mermaid Lagoon
Thanks to the recent WonderGround Gallery opening at Walt Disney World’s Downtown Disney I got to meet Liana today. She had a signing and is absolutely fabulous, just as she comes across on Instagram. She was generous with her time, sketching a little something on the back of each of our post cards. My sweet boyfriend also surprised me with the Aurora giclee pictured above which made this day extra special. 
Wondering where to buy Liana Hee Disney art? The WonderGround Gallery at Downtown Disney at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. At Walt Disney World, it’s located in the Marketplace Co-Op near Tren-D. It took over the Beautifully Disney location early 2015.
