Now for the magic. Here I’ve included some of my favorite photos from our special day and links for some of my favorite things. Our wedding photographer was my lovely friend Charity.

I got my hair and makeup done in the Ivy Trellis salon in the lobby of the Grand Floridian. It was a very memorable part of my special day and the ladies here truly celebrated with us. My beautician knew I was overcoming a serious neck injury and helped accommodate and keep me comfortable. It was wonderful and I would definitely recommend it for bridal or any other kind of glam.

We stayed in a deluxe room at the Grand Floridian for our wedding. I knew I wanted to get ready for our wedding there and it was the perfect setting. The deluxe room gave us extra space and was lovely for photos. Coincidentally we were in the exact same room we stayed in with my Gramma four years earlier. My advice for brides: A wedding is the union of two lives becoming one. It isn’t flowers, diamonds, expensive dresses, fancy food, beautiful makeup. It is so much more. An immeasurable treasure far greater than things. It is people. Lives. Love. If you keep that the focus of your wedding day, nothing else matters. To us, marriage is the joining of two becoming one in the eyes of God. On my wedding day, I looked in the eyes of my husband and it was like it was the first time. I saw my future, trusted with my whole heart and felt love beyond measure from the most special people in my life. My hope for you is that however you choose to celebrate the occasion of your marriage, you keep love between two people the most important thing and let only positivity surround the experience. Look at the tiny castle in between us! I had a lot of things I wanted to do for my wedding that I wasn’t able to do because of my neck injury. Making unique wedding bouquets was one of them. However, I was able to reserve my favorite flowers in the whole wide world from Trader Joe’s just a few days before and my sweet friends picked them up for us the day before the wedding. I get these exact sweet fragrant flowers in my favorite color almost every week now and they’re extra special to me.

These Cinderella shoes are by Irregular Choice. They aren’t available any more but this company has super cute Disney collaborations. They lit up and you can see me walking down the aisle in the Instagram video below. Just click on it. Everyone loved them!

These Lillian and Co. bracelets were a special part of my wedding day. My friend Charity, who also happened to take our wedding photos, is behind this simple and whimsical brand of jewelry. The Lillian and Co. Best Day Ever bangle was my arm candy of choice for my wedding day. I went with mixed medals and paired it with my favorite Crislu Mickey Mouse ring. I also gifted each of my girls with a Lillian and Co. bangle. You can use my affiliate code sparklynicole for 10% off at LillianandCo.com.

Our little doggie, Scarlet, was in attendance at our wedding. She’s our best friend and I couldn’t see it any other way.Sparkly Nicole's Wedding

I added little Disney touches to my special day with details like this Danielle Nicole Cinderella purse.

We used Disney book stationery sets as our centerpieces and to help with seating assignments. We had a little sign on each table that asked our guests to write us a date night idea, funny memory, etc. inside one of the cards adorned with beautiful Disney renderings on them.

Our cake was from Publix and the Cinderella Castle Cake Topper I picked up at the Grand Floridian. The glitzy cake stand that held my Gramma’s glass slipper is from Amazon. Here is a link for our gold glitter Mr. and Mrs. signs.

I can say Mulch, Sweat and Shears performed at my wedding kind of! Jim surprised me and sang the song he proposed to me with with two of my favorite entertainers ever: Matt and Paul. Morris Mulch used to dance like Elvis to the rock song All I Want for Christmas is You in the Mulch, Sweat n Shears Christmas show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. We actually met during one of these shows when I was chosen as an audience participant. Here’s a video of the song that started it all. To propose, Jim changed it and sang All I Want Forever is You on our magical, one-of-a-kind adventure in Los Angeles. If you love Disney and romance you should read our engagement story.

Hiring Disney harpist Christine MacPhail was one of the best things we did. The harp music set the elegant, relaxed tone we wanted for our event and Christine was a delight to work with. She played all the Disney and special songs we picked out and learned a couple for us too. We danced to Married Life from Up.

Wedding and Disney Fantasy honeymoon cruise videos coming soon.
