Rewind The Magic Disney Web Series

Last night I had a Twitter Party to debut a special new web series I’ve been working on. ‘Special’ because this is my most creative Walt Disney World project yet. I’ve composed original music for it and hope it allows fans to see the Disney Parks in a way they never imagined. The Rewind The Magic Disney videos give you a look at a full day in each park in reverse. I started with my favorite: Magic Kingdom.
I had an excellent time shooting this video using just my iPhone 5 and a few fireworks clips from my boyfriend’s Sony video camera. I brought my tripod for extra sturdy shots and captured videos during 6 different trips to Magic Kingdom. I was very careful with details and time of day to make sure the video reflected a real day at the Park. Shoutout to every friend that waited patiently when I said ‘hang on a second, let me take a little video of this’. Big thanks to my friends Tim (Fast Pass) and John (fountain wisher) for helping me out. Extra special thanks to my wonderful boyfriend Jim for supporting my creative habits and believing in me. It’s amazing what you can do if just one person believes in you.
Thanks so much to everyone who came and chatted last night and to everyone who shared this video! It was so humbling to get such a positive response to this little piece of magic I made. I love this video- and the music is awesome! I watched the video via youtube before I saw this post, so I did not know you composed the music. While I was watching, I was thinking, “This music is perfect- I wonder where she found it…” 🙂

I’m not going to lie- this was literally one of the coolest videos I’ve ever seen in my life. It is so beautiful, cute, and magical. I am so amazed by how far you have come in such a short amount of time, but I know that you can soar even higher with all of that pixie dust floating around in your veins. Having just come back from a big family trip to DisneyWorld two weeks ago, this video was just the little spark of magic I needed in my life today! It was amazing – so well done, so fun to watch and even a little melancholy at the same time. The music along with the images perfectly capture the park experience – and I love how you did it in a “rewinded” format. Very clever!! Also, amazing that you did it on an iPhone 5! I’m so impressed 🙂
