Disney Inspired Makeup & Nails with Pop of Minnie

Beautifullu Disney Pop of Minnie

Over the last month I’ve been enjoying the new Pop of Minnie makeup collection from Beautifully Disney.  With colors perfect for spring and summer, I’ve had fun brightening up my look. Let’s walk through the collection and talk about some Disney inspired looks I’ve been wearing.

Eyeshadow
The eye shadows from Pop of Minnie have some naturals and some.. pops.. of color. The white is actually a beautiful frost that I’ve been using over other colors to change them and just above the pupil on my eyelid to brighten my eyeshadow look. Though the blue shows up bright cobalt in the palette, it blends with the frosty white to create a charming, Cinderella blue like I’m wearing in this photo.

Below, I painted with all the colors of the wind for a Pocahontas inspired look. I did a very natural lid with bold winged liner and lined the bottom with the three bright colors from the Pop of Minnie shadow palette. To do a line underneath, use an eye shadow primer and a tiny, flat angled brush to apply. These shadows have a nice color payoff over primer.

Nails
This dashing, bright fuchsia pink is Poptimistic and the speckled accent nail has Dots or Nothing on it. Loving this pink for summer! The Beautifully Disney nail polishes are top quality and long lasting with a base coat underneath and a top coat over them.

Here I am on Dapper Day at Magic Kingdom. I wore a light and natural smokey eye with lip gloss from this collection in Minnie Chic. This bright, fun pink wears light and pretty but still shows up very pink. It’s my favorite of the Beautifully Disney lip glosses yet. I have tried a few from different collections and didn’t love them in the past. Minnie Chic has nice color to it and left my lips just pink enough. It’s not a gloss that just wipes off, it has some color that sticks around. Not as much as a lip stain but just enough for a lip gloss.

Disney Parks also makes videos about the Beautifully Disney collections. This latest one showcases some of the Pop of Minnie lipsticks. I really like that they took this step because it gives us a chance to see different looks using the products.

*Thanks to Disney Parks for providing pieces of the Pop of Minnie collection
